Ivo Tanev

I am the person behind the idea of forming this new venture and offering this valuable service. After obtaining my degrees in International Business and M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Tampa, Florida, U.S., I returned to Bulgaria with the intention of taking advantage of the opportunities a country in transition had to offer. Right after my return, I was involved in the medical equipment business with my family. After that I joined a project development company and worked on power and real estate projects. One of my latests jobs selling real estate on a Nicklaus Design golf course in Bulgaria, helped me identify the great opportunities the real estate business had to offer. The result was teaming up with the people I trust and value as professionals and the formation of BG Surveyor Ltd in the summer of 2007.  Until now (2010), we have served hundreds of clients and achieved excellent feedback which has made all of our efferts worth it. 

Mark Davis

I am a property owner on the Nicklaus Design, Ibar Golf and Country Club, Dolna Banya, Bulgaria.
I bought off plan and during the build process made a few visits to the development to see how my property was progressing. I was also invited by the developer to come and inspect my property prior to signing the Notary Deed and obtaining the 'Permission to Use'. These visits, whilst enjoyable, were not built into my original budget and therefore cost me quite a bit of money for flights/accommodation and living expenses. What I needed was someone who was independent, reliable and in Bulgaria to do this for me - hence the concept of BG Surveyor.
I currently provide consultation for BG Surveyor to U.K. customers who are buying in Bulgaria, whether it is an old, new or off plan property and require a survey, a measurement or valuation. 

Eng. Neto Netov

I have been involved in both the academic and practical side of the surveyor business for 35 years. I am currently an associate professor in Surveying and have taught at the College of Architecture and Construction in Sofia. My experience includes working on various infrastructural projects in Mexico and Algeria as well as consulting Bulgarian construction companies. I strongly believe that my background and experience will contribute to the success of BG Surveyor.

Arch. Lachezar Nikolov

I have a degree in Architecture from the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy in Sofia.  My main skills are in architectural and interior design, modeling and visialisationof 3D models and shapes.  I have a specialisation in Building contruction which comes in handy when working on various construction projects.   I have worked for leading Bulgarian and foreign architectural companies.   I am now glad to be part of the BG Surveyor team and apply my knowledge and experience to guarantee a quality service. 

Eng. Kamen Milkov

My background is in the construction and quality control areas. I have graduated from a specialty high school in architecture and construction. My college degree is from the Varna Technical University, where I obtained an engineering degree in Metal technologies and metal-working equipment. I was working for a construction company supervising a team of steel erectors for 4 years starting in 1995. My professional development continued in Ecopack, a package machinery distributor, followed by a job as a quality controller at Eldominvest. I have attended various quality control courses and hold a certificate for a completed course “Quality Control Systems ISO 9001:2000” issued by SGS Bulgaria. I joined the team of BG Surveyor in June of 2007 and cover the Black Sea coastal region.
