Building Surveys and Snagging Services
The cost of the service is based on the size of the property and the number of inspections. Since we cover the whole country, we have an uniform price structure. Please, see some sample quotations below.

Thermographic Survey
The fee depends on the size of the property and its location. Our engineer who is licensed to work with the infrared camera is based in Sofia. Our rates for Sofia are as follows:
Area survey and report- this survey covers a specific area in the apartment where the problem is. For example, leak in bathroom, balcony, problem with the electrical installation, etc. EUR 70
Small unit survey and report (up to 120 sq.m.)- this is thorough survey of the whole property EUR 120
Large unit survey and report (120- 250 sq.m.)- this is thorough survey of the whole property EUR 180
For units with area more than 250 sq.m., please send us an enquiry for a price quotation.
For properties outside of Sofia we add a transportation fee as follows:
Bansko EUR 50
Pamporovo EUR 80
Black Sea Coast (additional charges apply as the job can not be done in a day) EUR 150
Discounts are available for multiple units surveyed on the same day.
Property Valuations
We charge a fee starting from EUR 200 for a property valuation performed by a licensed property valuator. The fee excludes a professional translation of the document which is originally produced in Bulgarian. The translation service by a certified translator is charged additionally on a per page basis. Property Masurement
There is a flat fee of EUR 150 for properties with an area of up to 75 sq.m. For properties above 75 sq.m. we charge EUR 2 per sq.m. For purposes of price quotation, we use the area from your preliminary contract or notary deed. We add a transportation fee of EUR 30 for properties outside of Sofia. Building, Contents and Liability Insurance
Premiums start from as little as below EUR 100 per annum for building and contents coverage of a studio. To receive a proper quotation and see if you qualify for any of the risk related dicounts, please fill out the Free Quotation Form which you can fin here.
Professional Photography and DVD Movie Walk
The photography portfolio will contain around 30 unique photos of your property and the surrounding area. We will send the full resolution photos as well as resized ones for web use. The cost of the service is EUR 40. Note that this price is only for Sofia properties. We can offer the service for Bansko, Pamorovo and Sunny Beach area for free if booked along with a survey or at a price of EUR 80 if booked seperately.
The fee for the DVD movie walk is EUR 40 which includes registered mail postage to your home address. Note that this price is only for Sofia properties. We do accept bank transfers and credit/debit card payments through Paypal. There will be a 4.0% processing fee on all Paypal payments.
